The MexCC is promoting Anglo Arts, cultural section of The Anglo-Mexican Foundation, dedicated to promoting British culture in Mexico and Mexican culture in the UK.
Born in Mexico City in 1979, Morgan Szymanski started playing the guitar at the age of six. Early studies at the National Music School (Mexico) and the Edinburgh Music School led to a scholarship to study under Carlos Bonell and Gary Ryan at the Royal College of Music (RCM) in London, graduating in 2004 with first class honours.
During his studies he won all guitar prizes from the RCM as well as scholarships from the Tillett Trust, Countess of Munster Musical Trust, Leverhulme Trust, Wall Trust, FONCA and a scholarship to study at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam. He immediately went on to become the first solo guitarist to be selected by Young Classical Artist Trust and was the first guitarist to be awarded a Junior Fellowship at the RCM, where he completed his Masters with distinction.

Debora Delmar Corp. 'Upward Mobility' Exhibition

Part of the Dual Year Celebrations, Modern Art Oxford presents a major new site-specific installation by Debora Delmar Corp. (b. Débora Delmar, Mexico City, 1986).
Working with sculpture, video and installation, Debora Delmar Corp. explores the way in which globalised consumer culture influences our lives and routines. Debora Delmar Corp. creates intricate assemblages that appropriate and reconfigure familiar branded goods and imagery in an attempt to deconstruct the visual language of corporate advertising.

Orion Orchestra presents: 'Mexico in London' Special Orchestral Concert

Scheduled to celebrate ‘2015 the Year of Mexico in the UK’, the Orion Orchestra is holding a Concert inspired by the Dual Year celebrations. The concert will be held in the presence of His Excellency the Mexican Ambassador to UK at the Queen Elizabeth Hall on 30th June 2015.
‘A Concert for Everyone’ the event is a unique audio-visual experience, showcasing the Orion Orchestra’s exceptional energy in a thrilling Anglo-Mexican programme on 30th June 2015 at the Queen Elizabeth Hall. Alongside a world premiere, the concert includes projections by award-winning video artist Tal Rosner, and images by visually impaired photographers supported by Mexican foundation 'Ojos Que Sienten'.
