The importance of health and wellness is clear to everyone, but individuals and institutions embrace and support wellness in different ways.
Does your organization/company have a wellness initiative? How can you encourage a healthy workplace at a small non-profit? What wellness resources are available for Young Professionals and non-profits?
According to the CDC, “Effective workplace programs, policies, and environments that are health-focused and worker-centered have the potential to significantly benefit employers, employees, their families, and communities.â€
But how can this translate to a non-profit office environment?
