Yay May!  The apple tree across the street is puffed with white blossoms, daffodils and dandelions sprinkle the grass with yellow under today's blue sky.  Last night at dinnertime, a blanket of gray pulled from west to east, up and over our valley.  The sky turned dark.  The wind picked up.  And there was rain and thunder.  The immediacy of the change from the otherwise sunny and 70 degree day, made me giddy with excitement.  It always does.

BBQ dinner still happened, we just enjoyed it inside, screen door open to listen and smell the rain. Before we finished, the glow of twilight at the horizon brightened the land still covered by dark. So alive and variable, intense, then peaceful.

It's Spring.  Let the sun shine upon you and nature tingle your senses!
