Welcome to ERIF’s first ever newsletter! We’ll be in touch with a fresh catch up at regularly intervals throughout the year to keep you up to date on upcoming ERIF events and activities and let you know how you can get involved.

First up, we have re-vamped and re-launched ERIF’s website this year. In addition to using our website to stay informed on campaigns across the continent and/or find useful learning resources, you can also follow ERIF via our Twitter and Tumblr platforms.

Secondly, we would like to organise a film and discussion event in the not too distant future but wanted to get some feedback first on the kinds of movies and/or documentaries you might like to see and/or feel would inspire a good starting point for conversation. You can check out the Suggested Viewing section of our website for some ideas or just let us know about other suggestions you might have.

Also coming up later this year, to coincide with Universal Children’s Day ERIF plans to host a  Parent/Teacher event that will be aimed at tackling racist imagery being targeted at children in all of its forms. We will have more info on that very soon so keep your eyes and ears open!

Finally, you can still get involved in helping ERIF to develop its official logo. Check out more details here.
