Phoenix finally broke 100 degrees, which means summer is officially here! Beat the heat inside with us on July 12th at a matinee showing of Legally Blonde The Musical. 

I'll be joining 900+ AOIIs from the US and Canada at International Convention in Los Angeles J
une 24th - 28th. Convention is a time for inspirational speakers, ritual, and business, and I look forward to bringing new ideas back to Phoenix! Like us on Facebook (Alpha Omicron Pi, Phoenix Alumnae Chapter) and Instagram (phoenixaoii) to follow our Convention adventures.

Legally Blonde - The Musical
Sunday, July 12th at 12PM

Join us for a matinee showing of Legally Blonde the Musical, based on the film staring Reese Witherspoon. The story follows sorority president Elle Woods as she crosses the country to find love at Harvard.

Cost is $60-70 and includes the show and lunch. Guests of family/friends welcome. Musical is rated PG-13. Tickets must be purchased by June 12th to receive the discounted price.

AZ Walk to Cure Arthritis

On May 2nd, Phoenix Alumnae and Theta Omegas participated in the Walk to Cure Arthritis at the Phoenix Zoo. Our team raised over $1800 in donations for the Arthritis Foundation!

Theta Omega recently completed another successful school year.

The chapter held a Blue for Arthritis Week, which included teaching a kickboxing class and bake sale to increase awareness about arthritis. Proceeds benefited the Arthritis Foundation.

They enjoyed a Masquerade Formal and won the All-Greek championship in intramural softball with fraternity Sigma Nu.

Three women were initiated this spring. In May, 23 seniors became AOII Alumnae. The chapter made it a goal to improve academics this semester and had a spring semester grade average of 3.04.
