The Diminishing Tea Party:

A Tea party with a Twist

Diminishing Tea Party

A Tea Party with a Twist

Each year the successful operation of Girls Inc. of Northern Alberta depends upon the generosity of community members within the RMWB. In order to further expand our youth programming into outlying areas in the RMWB, Girls Inc. is embarking on a very ambitious fundraising campaign – a Diminishing Tea Party

How it works

The Diminishing Tea Party fundraiser starts with one tea party (or wine party, or potluck, or after work drinks, etc…) where five initial hosts invite seven guests each. Each invited guest must agree to donate $10 to Girls Inc. of Northern Alberta and also commit to hosting a tea party of their own.

Women of Inspiration Series 2014/15

You are invited...
Girls Inc. of Northern Alberta and Syncrude are pleased to acknowledge the amazing women who make the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo a great place to live, work and raise families.

The Women of Inspiration (WOI) Series presented by Syncrude honours women who have contributed countless efforts to their community and have inspired other women and girls to embody the Girls Inc. mantra of Strong, Smart & Bold.

Over the course of a year we showcase the stories of local women who are driving positive change for other women and girls, either directly or by example. This will be our third time hosting the series.

The Women of Inspiration Celebration this year will be at the The Royal Canadian Legion branch 165 on Sunday June 21st, 2015 to celebrate all the nominees with an afternoon Tea.

It is our hope that you will join us in our third year of this exciting project to celebrate women who have broken boundaries and are leaders within the RMWB.

Join us for Afternoon Tea: 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 165, 9317 Huggard St, Fort McMurray

Tickets: $50 each, $450 for a table for tickets
