We haven't celebrated Memorial Day yet, but grilling season is already in full swing (between snow storms for those in the Rockies). Here in San Diego we are lucky enough to comfortably fire it up year round, however there is still something special about cooking over open flame in the summertime.
The great thing about grilling is an entire meal can be cooked outdoors if you master the heat. Roasting veggies, steaming potatoes and searing a variety of meats can be done using the same charbroiler. The Sauce Goddess has been experimenting on the grill for years and has shared many favorite recipes, so get the summer started right and try one - or ten!
