Changes to care services for seniors

From 1 July 2015 changes will be introduced to the support and care services provided for older people who prefer to continue to live independently in their own homes but need help with daily tasks. Help and care that may be provided include domestic assistance, social support, meals, therapy services, transport, personal care, nursing, etc.

The Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) will be launched adopting an approach based on the concepts of wellness and 'reablement'.

SA Unleashed 3-5 July 2015

Unleashed is South Australia’s annual open data competition, part of the national GovHack competition.

The competition brings together anyone who has an interest in unlocking the potential of data, including entrepreneurs, coders, web and application developers, graphic designers, journalists and researchers. Teams work together to create new mashups, data visualisations and apps using open data from government, research and industry.
