I hope this finds you well. There's been a big reaction amongst my friends and colleagues after the election, and I think it's more important than ever to communicate and effect change in whatever way we can. For me, music has always been an artform that promotes positivity, cooperation and communication. It is a microcosm from which I learn all the time. When we're most down or disillusioned, that's when we need music the most! 

This month I have some performances that it would be lovely to see you at.

On Wednesday 13th May I'm playing in an improvising duo with cellist Hannah Marshall. Hannah is awesome, and this is part of a week-long festival of improvised music that starts today. Scroll down for all the details.

On the afternoon of Sunday 17th May I'm playing the beautiful songs of Zosia Jagodzinska at the Union Chapel's Sunday Sessions. This is such a lovely and superb space to perform in, and it's very cosy, with sofas, toasties, tea, and a bar.

On Saturday 23rd May I'll be playing at Jaminaround with Vula Viel. We've recently been on a small tour of the UK and the music is developing more and more. Jaminaround is a grassroots festival featuring some fantastic and diverse acts.
