Hello Friends! As summer makes its way into our lives, there is a lot of hustle and bustle. Graduations to attend, vacations to go on, backyard barbeque's, and the spring cleaning that didn't happen turns into summer cleaning. Charity Update: How World Vision is helping in Nepal
On April 25th, a 7.8 magnitude earthquake struck Nepal, located in south-central Asia. The death toll is over 7,000 and that number is only expected to rise as they recover.
World Vision has helped and touched the lives of more than 100,000 with their initial disaster response efforts. Provisions such as blankets, hygiene kits and water purification tablets are being distributed. They have set up Child Friendly Spaces in an effort to provide a safe place to play and learn in this emotional time.
