Considering we have to breathe, the breath is an excellent starting point for any healthcare practice. Many traditions around the world have numerous breathing practices; in fact some systems contain a great number of breathing styles for all sorts of healing and strengthening effects.

This one that I present and recommend to you is simple and easy in that it takes effect very quickly and can be practised pretty much anytime - except when doing strenuously exercise (try it and you'll see - more effort than it's worth).
