Chef's Demo with Todd Ginsberg
This Sunday, Chef Todd
Ginsberg will join us at market! Chef Ginsberg has been driving the Atlanta food scene forward for over a decade now. After serving as the executive chef at Bocado, he helped open the General Muir, where he also works as the executive chef. More recently has opened two wonderful spots at the Krog Street Market, Yalla and Fred's Meat and Bread, and opened The General Muir Bakery at Grant Park Farmers Market. Chef Ginsberg will conduct the demo at market on Sunday, showcasing his delicious talents using market ingredients. Stop by for a taste!
Meet Your Farmer
Rag & Frass Farm is located in Jeffersonville, GA, on what used to be an old motel and overgrown pasture. They've converted their land into a diversified 2-acre farm that specializes in vegetables, fruit, flowers, herbs and mushrooms.
They integrate a variety of sustainable methods into their growing practices, and always avoid using synthetic chemicals and pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers and treated seeds.
"We farm nothing but the good stuff: boostrapping resourcefulness, tender loving care and lots of organic matter."
