Oh the patience and mercy we must have to be His.
You may remember this... back in 2013 at St. Peter's Square, a little boy wondered onto stage during Mass. Anyone can easily google "pope and the boy in the yellow shirt" and you will find hundreds of pictures of this unique experience with the Pope. Throughout the entire Mass, Pope Frances kept his composure, and at times even addresses the little boy with kindness and love. Ultimately Pope Francis chose to allow this little boy to stay on stage as long as he remained quiet as a constant reminder to all of us of the Beauty God places in our lives, even in the most inconvenient of times. This is a true witness to us of Mercy and Love.
This is my commandment:
love one another as I love you.
No one has greater love than this,
to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.
