Meadllennium is Here!

Judging and Awards May 30, 2015

Meadllennium is right around the corner and will be taking place Saturday May 30, 2015 at the Plyter House 1461 La Paloma Circle, Winter Springs, FL 32708 Click here for a map. Festivities begin at 10am and will run until who knows? Dave Webb of Webb's Honey has graciously donated 1 whole gallon of honey for the Best of Show Winner! Feel free to come on by and have a great time! Any new Judges or Stewards are encouraged to come and help the club. We have 33 entries to judge!

Sunshine Challenge

Registration Closes Tomorrow Thursday May 28th!

If you have not registered yet, make sure to do so now! All entries are due to be dropped off by Sunday June 7th at the meeting, so be sure to bring it to the June 7th meeting or drop it off at the designated locations no later than June 6th.

Pre-Judging will begin Saturday June 13th at the Plyter House and will run from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. and will continue every weekend in June. Please sign up to attend one or more of the Pre-Judging events. We will need Judges and Stewards to help get through all these submissions. Sign up rosters will be at the June meeting or you can email sunshine@cfhb.org.

Beer school is taught by you, our members. We need volunteers to step up to bat and teach us something you find cool or interesting! You don't need to be an expert, you just have to want to share something neat! If you want to step up please email meisters@cfhb.org or ask a board member.

Brew in the Park was a great Success!

Thank you to everyone who attended this great event! Please check out the website for some awesome pictures provided by those who attended! We can not wait until next year!

Maker Faire 2014 was a blast and we look forward to taking part in it again this year! Previously we had brewing happening on the rooftop of Orlando Science Center while we had some excellent presentations happening inside. We are looking for volunteers to step up to the plate and help represent the club by either brewing on one day or giving a presentation. If your interested please email events@cfhb.org.

Membership Updates

We now have Squared at the meetings, so we can now accept credit cards at all meetings for your membership dues. We have also updated the website, it now has a Membership Center where you can pay your dues on a yearly basis or purchase a lifetime membership. All membership dues are due to the club no later than August if you wish to participate in the 2015 elections.

Meetings are held on the first Sunday of each month starting at 4:15 PM with Beer School starting at 3:00pm. As long as Rossi’s is open, the club will be meeting.
