The CWC kitchen is missing a Nesco roaster pan insert.  Please return it to the school immediately if you know where it is.  They believe that this Nesco was used in the concession stand.  Thank you!
CWC Staff Changes for the Fall

As all of you should be aware, Mrs. Terpstra is retiring at the end of this school year after 34 years of service in Christian Education.  A special evening of celebration will be taking place on Monday, May 18 to honor Mrs. Terpstra.  The Board just recently approved the hiring of Mrs. Laura Venhuizen for the 5th grade teaching position. Mrs. Venhuizen has served as a daily sub and as a long term substitute teacher for CWC for a number of years.

Mrs. Laura Ten Pass will be moving from a full time to a part time teaching position. Her primary responsibilities will continue to be the MS and HS choirs and the elementary music curriculum.

Mrs. Danielle Tennant (MS English and technology) has announced that she will not return and has accepted a full time teaching position in Kalamazoo, MI.  The education committee is seeking to fill this position in the near future.

Mrs. Pat Homan has reduced her secondary office time to about 20 hours per week.  That is the schedule plan for the new school year as well. Mrs. Kim Greenfield will be picking up some hours in the secondary office along with her weekly work in conjunction with the advancement office.

Please pray for the transitions that will be taking place and keep the staff in your prayers over the summer as they engage in continuing education and preparing for a new year.

Spring Cleaning Time is
Almost Here!
If you are assigned to the school cleaning committee for PIA points, you will be receiving a letter in the mail to choose the time frame that works best for your schedule to come in and help us spruce up the school for the next school year .    The dates selected for this year are Saturday May 30th, Monday June 1st and Tuesday June 2nd.  If those times do not work out for you, just let us know and we will find another time for you to come in and help.  Please return the form to the school office by May 21st.  Please note that some families are earning two points for this so you will need to have both parents serve or one of you can serve two shifts.  If you have any questions feel free to get in touch with Mike De Vries at (920) 296-4620 or Cindy De Vries at (920) 296-4621.  Thanks in advance for your help!

15-16 Tuition Statements
Tuition statements for the 15-16 school year will be mailed to each CWC family on or before June 15.  Mrs. Sterk is doing it a bit different this year.  This statement will give you exactly what is owed for 15-16.  It's a bit earlier than other years however tuition payments still don't start until July.
