The pool is closed on Mondays for maintenance and cleaning with the exception of Memorial Day and Labor Day. When a holiday falls on a Monday the pool will close the following Tuesday for maintenance and cleaning.

Laurel Oaks Pool Rules & Regulations
- Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a person 16 years of age or older.
- Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied and supervised at all times by a parent or guardian.
- No glass containers of any type are allowed in the pool area. Alcohol beverages are strictly prohibited.
- Smoking is not allowed on The Texas Pool property.
- This is a family pool. Rowdy behavior, swearing, inappropriate gestures or abusive language are not permitted on the premises. First offense will result in a one (1) day suspension. The second offense will result in a three (3) day suspension and telephone notification to parents and/or guardian. The third offense will result in a family meeting before the Board of Directors to determine if revocation of' membership is warranted. If a date has been set to meet with the board and the family members do not attend the meeting, termination of membership is automatic.
- No pets are allowed in the pool area.
- Running, pushing, throwing of large or weighed objects are all considered to be dangerous activities. Violators will be subject to discipline by the staff as stated in paragraph number six (5) above. Long distance throwing of small balls or pool toys at or near small children and adults will not be tolerated.
- Proper swim wear is required to swim ( No cutoffs of basketball pants will be allowed).
- All guests must be accompanied by a homeowner and register upon entrance into the pool. Each household is allowed two guests.
- Passing of pool tags, or failure to comply with any pool rules can result in the loss of pool privileges.
- Place all trash in the proper receptacles (DO NOT LITTER).
- In order to meet with State guidelines all infants and toddlers must wear the proper swim garments and not diapers. Failure to do so will result in removal from the pool and a possible fine.
- Absolutely no swimming before or after pool hours. Anyone caught utilizing the pool will face criminal charges. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- No water guns, football throwing, or floats or any type except for infants or toddlers who may use life saving devices only.
- All members are responsible for all personal items brought to the pool as the association assumes no liability for any loss or stolen items. Therefore please take the necessary precautions to secure your personal items.
