Chocolate cake for winners
Yoga champions have put so much efforts to training that they really don't have to count calories... My family and I, we love this chocolate cake and that is why I will make it with love to the champions :)
What you need for cake?
250gr of chocolate (best for the cake is with cca 60% of cocoa, not more!), 290gr of baking flour, 15gr of cocoa powder, 200gr of dark sugar, 2 teaspoons of baking soda, 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 eggs, 120gr of butter, 350ml buttermilk, 1/2 package of sour cream.
For filling?
230gr of fresh cheese, 230gr of mascarpone, 100gr of powdered sugar, 2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 360ml cream
For topping?
300gr of chocolate, 150ml of cream, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 teaspoon  of vanilla extract
And how?
To one bowl prepare flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking soda... In the second one mix butter with sugar, add eggs, vanilla extract, sour cream and buttermilk... Over the water bath melt chocolate in cream.. Add to liquid mix... Slowly add powder mix... Put dough into greased and sprinkled cake form... Bake for 45 minutes in the oven of 180 degrees... Try if dough is not sticky... The baking time is indicative, keep an eye on it :) Then let it get cool.
For the filling mix in one bowl fresh cheese, mascarpone, sugar, vanilla extract and in the second one cream and then mix together.
For topping melt chocolate over the water bath with cream, add honey and vanilla extract... Mix until it is silky smooth.
Cooled cake cut twice, fill with the filling cream, add fresh strawberries or raspberries to filling... Put filling also to sides of the cake with thinner layer and let it harden... Put topping richly on the top of the cake, let it flow down the cake sides and let it be or arrange by knife... On the very top of the cake put again fresh fruits!
