Can you believe...
As we look back over the last 3 years, it is AMAZING (to say the least) how good God is! Just to recap:
We were praying for a home downtown...
we not only got one for us as a family but a ministry house too!!
We landed in an incredible neighborhood in which God imparted His heart for it immediately.
We heard a word from the Lord to start a Youth Ministry in the neighborhood...
We graduated our first DTS in San Jose in February!
These are only a FEW of the incredible things God has done and I wanted to remind YOU that this is what YOUAREAPARTOF!
YOU, our ministry partner, are with us in seeing each person discipled, loved on and introduced to Jesus... YOU are with us in seeing local and global communities impacted...
And YOU are helping our family walk out the call upon our lives to be on the ground living amongst it all.
Thank you for being on this journey with us. Aren't you excited about not only what he is doing but WHAT HE WILL DO as we continue on this journey?! We can't wait to see what God has up his sleeve in ministry! And we hope you are just as excited as we are!
Creating a loving environment.
You know, since we've been places in the Washington Neighborhood, we have had continual words of being a "lighthouse" in this area. Now having a YWAM House here, we see that happening! We cannot even count the times we hear people yell out and wave to us and say hello because of our association with our work. What a joy it has been!
This YWAM House was a long awaited "stake in the ground" and was definitely a diamond in the rough. Over the last month, we have diligently been working on this house in practicing the value of stewardship (Luke 16:9-12). This has been to not only to honor God but also our neighbors as we invite them into this space. We want to reflect how God honors and values each person and through their environment.
We would LOVE to invite you to see this space as this is something you have been invested into. Come on out!

Loving our Neighbors
Youth Street, as a ministry of Ember Ink, carries a huge value of community. We wanted for our youth to really feel as though they have contributed to the new Youth Street Hang Out Space so we held an epic Paint day and have used their art in the space.
Did you know our heart for Youth Street is to minister to the whole family too? Over the past few weeks we have been given access into some of our families lives to be able to minister and speak life and hope into some really tough circumstances. Please be praying for us as we continue to love on those God has brought to us.
