We could NEVER have pulled off this amazing weekend without the
battalion of generous people who stood with us shoulder to shoulder.
  • The amazing Dana Reynolds, who came from Fayetteville VERY EARLY to help me set up the tent and then stayed to break it down.
  • Tom Eaton, who was also out early to finish the tent. Those cowboy knot-tying skills came in handy.
  • Valerie Fondetti and Nancy Grosella who baked and delivered our wonderful homemade goodies.
  • John and Nancy Grosella who donated art to sell. Never mind that it was so cute I had to buy both pieces before it ever left the building.
  • Greg Sherar who put out a million posters across NWA.
  • Ken Lockhart who went down at a moment's notice and after dark to put up the poster.
  • Mary Shafer Smith and John Grosella who provided tables.
  • Gail Larimer who brought the ice chest.
  • Valerie Fondetti who offered the use of her truck.
  • All the writers who turned out to share their work and themselves at the Main Stage readings.
  • Kate Wicker of Wicker-Walker, who always has great ideas and makes me think they're mine.
  • Chris McCoy of Matterhorn Towers who cheerfully adapted to whatever we threw at him and who loves poodles as much as I do.
  • Everyone who came, participated, added their questions and comments and energy to the weekend.
  • And, of course, Jessie Rex, who always does ten times more than her job. The whole great weekend happened because of her many talents.
