Butler Consulting President, Linda Butler, continues as Allen County Grants Specialist via eCivis contract with United Way of Greater Lima and the City of Lima
Since October 2013, Linda Gatten Butler, MSW, ACSW, LISW-S, has offered grant writing, editing, training, researching and consulting for nonprofits in Allen County, Ohio. As Grants Specialist, she has assisted numerous nonprofits raise over $1.2 M in grant funds. This best practice model is possible thorough United Way funds as well as Community Development Block Grant funds from the City of Lima. eCivis, the leading cloud-based grants management system in the nation, has subcontracted with Butler Consulting to offer these services. United Way’s Community Impact Director, Michael Hayden, noted that “…Linda’s efforts have increased the overall awareness of what is required to successfully plan for and execute a grant in our nonprofit community….”
In order to highlight this best practice model, Butler Consulting will present “Best practice models: Funding grant professionals” with co-presenter and consultant, Kim Richardson from Alabama, at the Grant Professionals Association’s National Conference in St. Louis on November 12, 2015.
