Each six week series meets one day per week.
Begins June 2nd & June 4th
(Late Registration through June 25th)
Tuesdays 5:15-6:15pm
Thursdays 12:10-1:00pm
Appropriate for all age students and no prior yoga needed. Jade offers therapeutic style yoga stretches, calming breathing techniques and guided restorative relaxation to facilitate a Whole Body Approach to Natural Healing. Chair modifications are available upon request in all of my classes for anyone with injuries or other concerns...
