May is coming to an end

And this means you only have a few days to take part in our photo mission!

Fotostrasse Missions are instagram missions that will happen every month. Every first Tuesday of every month we will announce the winner of last month’s mission and on Thursday, we will update you with the new theme.

Want to join? This month’s theme is… Look Up!

This means that we are looking for photos that you take looking up! It is a great way to experience your city or the place you’re traveling to in a completely different way. The prize for this month has everything to do with the Russia and what happened 70 years ago. Actually more about the soviet side of photo technology.

Take part in our Photo Mission!

It is a 80€ camera from Lomo, the Smena 8M! It uses the standard 35mm films, has a cute and vintage and original leather case and it has the Bulb function for your wildest ideas! Can you imagine the possibilities?

You can do light painting, play with double exposure, get that old and expired film out of your drawer and see the effect… I mean, let’s bring back film photography!

Here’s what you have to do:

1. Subscribe to get our newsletter and be the first to know the next monthly theme and to see if you’re the winner of the previous mission;

2. Follow us on instagram;

3. Tag the photo with #Fotostrasse and tag us (@fotostrasse) too;

4. Take a photo with your phone or camera anywhere in the world. We accept it all as long as it fits the theme and it is posted on the right month.
