Five photographers explore their connection with contrasting Urban Rural environments; Vanessa Green, Drew Hill, Faye Norman, Brendan Kitto, Delena Nathuran 

Vanessa, West Auckland raised, documents her personal journey to gain understanding of her Maori roots in rural North Island areas.

Drew travels between urban and rural environments and discusses social, economic and environmental change issues from the past and present with local people 

Faye develops a greater awareness of aggressive change within the semi-rural environment of Hobsonville where she lives. 

Brendan’s graffiti roots developed his desire to explore urban and rural landscapes - focusing now on capturing an image rather than leaving an image. 

Delena explores and seeks moments of stillness and beauty, finding inspiration in everyday moments and objects.
