We wanted you to know about :
+   a NEW product which will simplify/shorten your salad preparation time;

CARAMELISED VINAIGRETTE - It's NEW and a wonderful time saver!
Many of you are addicted to our Caramelised Balsamic - demand has made it our biggest seller for years.  Our new Vinaigrette gives it a new dimension. It is a pre-mixed blend of 1 part Caramelised Balsamic and 3 parts Picholine Extra Virgin OO - to save you the trouble of having to blend the two. It's so very convenient and guarantees you a high quality/flavour outcome.
It's primary uses are as dipper for warm crusty bread or as a dressing for any salad.
Presently in a 250ml bottle, priced at $20. It will last for many, many salads, well into the coming summer. Gai is impressed with the convenience of it!
 

GREEN GARLIC OILIT'S COMING TO AN END!
Our supply will only last another 3 to 4 weeks. The stems are starting to lose their 'greenness' before collapsing. Without the stems, there can be no green colour or 'creamyness'. 
After November, it won't be available again until next June.  This June (2017), we had 87 on our waiting list anxious for it to be released!! 


NO DELIVERY CHARGE FOR NOVEMBER & DECEMBER
From now until new years day, we've dropped the $15 delivery charge for items under $140. Any size, any number of products or wine, anywhere in Australia. We trialed this in September and it obviously hit the spot for many of our regular customers.  

SPECIAL OFFER EXTENSION = 2017 SEMILLON (with a little RIESLING)
Six bottles (of your next favourite white wine) for $100, delivered. In September, when we first made this offer, the response surprised us. Previously it had to be ordered by phone or email, but this time, you can order this on line (via Paypal).

5 COURSE DEGUSTATION LUNCHES
Gai's 5-Course Lunches (for just $45) continue to grow in reputation. Every Saturday & Sunday (12 noon until 3pm). The rave reviews she consistently attracts are amazing!  Advance bookings these days have become necessary (Tel: 6373 3366).
