GREEN GARLIC OIL
- NOW FLOWING AGAIN!
Created by Nathan, our Executive Chef, using the entire garlic plant picked half way through the growing season, it is once again available. Priced at $15, the oil is available only in cute little 100ml bottles. Green Garlic Oil has great versatility. It can be drizzled over steak, fish, chicken, used as a dipper with warm crusty bread or drizzled over freshly cooked prawns. It also lends itself well to many Asian dishes.
