We wish to connect ministries, faith communities, and people who support ministry across all branches of the Religious Society of Friends. To do that, we need your help.
Who do you know carrying a ministry who might be interested to publicize it with Releasing Ministry Alliance? Please let them know about us and invite them to sign up to receive updates on the project's progress.
Might you carry Releasing Ministry Alliance's flyers to your yearly meeting session? Allison Randall offered Releasing Ministry literature at her merchandise display at New England Yearly Meeting. In addition, her contribution of a percentage of her proceeds was our first contribution. Her story is here.
Who do you know who would like to invite ministry to their monthly meeting/ church or yearly meeting? Please invite them to consider the ministries already listed at our stories page, even as we develop the fully functional website to list additional ministries with more complete information and channels for contributions to the ministries.
Who do you know who would like to support ministries through prayer, home hospitality, financial contributions, or spiritual accompaniment, to name a few ways? Please let them know about us. Invite them to sign up or contribute to our start-up.
Thanks to interested Friends, our mailings are sent to about 300 people. And thanks to generous Friends, we've raised $8,485 with pledges of another $2,000 toward our $16,000 goal. We've also received gifts of spiritual accountability, prayer, outreach, and in-kind services.
