Lufthansa Remodels Corporate Travel Distribution With New Fee, Direct Play

Lufthansa Group's airlines have cut agreements with the global distribution systems that no longer require "full content." The carriers in September will add 16 euros per ticket to fares booked through GDSs. To avoid the surcharge, customers can book fares (included negotiated ones) directly on the carriers' websites or have their agencies do so through a dedicated portal.
