DEAR NEIGHBOR,

The Texas Department of Transportation and the Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority are hosting a Water Quality Workshop on Tuesday, June 16th. We are holding this workshop because we know that water issues in this corridor are important to the community.

The goals of the workshop are to share what the project team knows about water issues in the corridor, including Williamson Creek, flooding concerns and run off. Attendees will be asked to help us identify any additional issues or specific concerns we may not yet be aware of.

The workshop will include a series of short presentations, followed by facilitated table discussions. We look forward to hearing your thoughts!

Tuesday, June 16th, 2015 from 6pm-8pm

This workshop is just one of many public involvement outreach events that we will be hosting this year as we work to determine the best option for managing congestion, providing a reliable transit route, and facilitating reliable emergency response along US 290 and SH 71 in Oak Hill. More information about the project can be found online at www.OakHillParkway.com.

Your input is very important to us, and has shaped many elements of the Oak Hill Parkway project since we launched the study in October 2012.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.

Sincerely,
Melissa
