Highlights for this week:
Back this Sat is Jo Davey from ABSolute Nutrition, who hand-makes a range of range of Paleo / Protein Snacks & Treats. Jo is a Member of Bord Bia/LEO/SuperValu Food Academy.
Her food went down a treat last Sat, so make sure you drop by and taste this weekend.
This Sat is the last one for some time for Therese of Sticky Fingers Bakery, as she will be gone til after the baby is born. Therese tells us that she will have loads of produce with her this Sat, and all will be 'freezeable' so make sure you stock up on Gluten-Free products to see you through a few weeks at least!
Joining us this Sat is URBAN MESS, who will be lighting their charcoal BBQ to cook up their special burgers for us - "We focus on quality of produce, handled by skilled hands at a price that is kind on the pocket. We hope you enjoy what we have to offer."

White wine of the week
Our white wine of the week is Domaine Maubet, Cotes de Gascogne, South-west France. A wonderful blend of Colombard, Ugni Blanc, Gros Manseng and Sauvignon Blanc makes this crisp, mineral driven white perfect for sipping on a sunny day or complex enough to have with seafood and grilled foods. Full of citrus notes with hints of tropical fruits and a mouth-feel that is similar to wines with oak, but only at 11.5% abv makes this perfect to have at large gatherings in the summer. Pair with sheep’s cheese, salads or seafood, but is perfectly suited as an aperitif. €14.95 each
Red Wine of the Week
Our red wine of the week is Chateau Girabelle Corbieres, from the Languedoc- Roussillon, France. A blend of Grenache, Syrah, Carignan and Mourvedre makes this wine medium to full-bodied, but with soft velvety tannins. Full of dark berry fruits and with hints of spice, this red is crying out for roasted/grilled meats or pair with some charcuterie and firm cheeses. €15.95
