HUD has issued a memorandum on the use of Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA) grant funds for participation at 2015 HIV/AIDS conferences. The purpose of the memorandum is to provide guidance to recipients of HOPWA formula and competitive grants on the use of HOPWA grant funds to pay for the cost of grantee or project sponsor staff attending two major conferences taking place in Washington, DC: (1) 2015 U.S. Conference on AIDS (USCA); and (2) North American Housing and HIV/AIDS Research Summit VIII.
