batcorder Firmware 307

The batcorder firmare 307 introduces new functions that make passive longterm monitoring even easier. Detailed explanations are available online as PDF.

Folders

To use the full size of larger SDXC cards the batcorder now creates folders for each recording session.

Switch of WKA/Box

All control modules of type WKA 3.0 can be switched via the batcorder between turbine and box mode.

New TSL-measurement

This updates features a second TSL-measurement when the batcorder is started.

All of the above features are part of the SW307 and will need the most current version of bcAdmin 2 and 3. Please use the built-in mechanism to update your copy of bcAdmin. The firmware-update can be loaded from here: http://www.ecoobs.com/cnt-bcupdate.html

Noise filter for wind turbines

Another new feature is a noise filter for operation on wind turbines. This has to be updated at our main office. If your batcorder lists H302 at startup. it already has this new feature. It is currently only available for batcorder 3.1.
