Groove Girls Hip Hop Dance Classes
Hip hop dance class geared for girls ages 7-12 

 

This is an upbeat class with an emphasis on students getting comfortable with the 'grooves' of hip hop dance, and how they can be freestyle.

Westlake Dance Center has been the home to countless dancers that live in and pass through the Seattle community. It was created to be a safe and warm space for artists to explore, feed, and perfect their expressive crafts. 

The building that WDC is currently residing in will sadly be taken down in January of 2016. If Westlake does not find another space near the Seattle area to move into, this may be the end of the studio completely.

The WELLSPRING Project Presents

ROOTED
An evening of music and dance to aid the global community
 

The Wellspring Project is going back to Africa again THIS SUMMER! Thank you to everyone that supported our trip and journey back in 2013. We had the chance to LIVE in the villages with the African people and soak in their culture to build relationships for the future. We taught dance classes to people that have been experiencing trauma from the war that Joseph Kony started in southern Sudan and northern Uganda. It was a huge success & moving experience! Since then, we have been supporting the LEADERS of the community to help them advance in their education to guide their villages to restoration.
