National Immigration Month

June is National Immigration month  and in celebration of the diversity and shared American heritage, the people across the country and the Obama administration are sharing their stories. Do you have an immigration story to share? The stories will be promoted across White House channels and compiles in a memo to the President as a follow up to the Task Force on New Americans which seeks to better integrate immigrants and refugees into American communities in three key areas: civically, economically, and linguistically. To read an AAPI immigration story and to learn more about Immigrant Heritage month visit the AAPI website.
