Tellmescotland Update

PINs Update, June 2015

PINs Engagement and Training

Councils

April 2015 saw the total number of councils using the portal rise to 29 with Argyll & Bute Council being the latest to adopt and implement tellmescotland. The council led this piece of work internally using the training material available on the PINs Khub group. The Argyll & Bute team also carried out their own internal PINs training on how to upload notices to the portal and went live on 23 April 2015. Argyll & Bute Council is now assessing requirements for implementing the portal for other types of notices. This is a great achievement for all those involved in the project.

The PINs team recently visited North Lanarkshire Council’s Licensing team who started to upload notices just one week after receiving training. Renfrewshire Council organised a training session for uploading licensing notices to the portal which took place on May 20th at the Council’s offices. Renfrewshire Council has since started to upload General notices to the portal as well. If you and your team require additional training, please contact the PINs Project Team to arrange a training session.
