An above average number of homes sold this month! The first half of June marks the highest number of homes sold in the first half of the year since 2010. The housing market continues to show strength.

- 626 Residential sales UP 9.4%
- Overall Residential average price UP 0.2% to $351,259
- 407 Detached homes sales UP 7.1%
- Average Detached homes price UP 0.9% to $408,569
- 137 Condos sales UP 24.5%
- Average Condo price UP 4.2% to $225,390
- 35 Freehold Townhomes sales DOWN 12.5%
- 42 Semi Detached sales UP 7.7%
Residential sales in the first half of 2015 totaled 2,949, an 8.1% increase compared to the same time last year, and 2.7% above the 5 year average
