Defending Your Views
Next Monday morning (22nd), we will be in the Wellington High Court fighting attempts by the Charities Registration Board to muzzle us through de-registration.
Ultimately, we will be fighting the view that traditional family values that you and I have are '
controversial' and of
'no public benefit' and that
'it is in the public interest to remove the Trust...' - quoting the words of the Charities Registration Board.
Please know that we will fight this all the way.
If they were to succeed against us, which other group/s that you value would the government target next because they don't agree with them?
We will keep you up to date with progress on this important issue - but be reassured -
we aren't going away anytime soon!

Care Alliance (which Family First is a
member of) and their successful work in preventing euthanasia being effectively allowed through the
recent Wellington High Court case.
