CAPITAL RAISE IN PROGRESS

Wattblock now has commitments from initial investors and is tracking towards its minimum capital raise target.

Our data room is set-up and we are now issuing term sheets. For more information please reach out to receive our Seed Investment Overview.  You can also watch our demo night pitch at Telstra's Customer Insight Center.
Our first ten customer building upgrades have now been completed with a total 532 product retrofits. Results indicate average reduction in energy consumption of 56% impacting an estimated 378 residents.  Further savings will come from tariff optimisation. Last week we reviewed the completed upgrade of our first Meriton complex with positive feedback on the amenity of the installed upgrades.

Other Activities
  • Presented at CSIRO and gained access to new energy efficiency data
  • Met an Australian LED lighting distributor with finance offering
  • Negotiation with Shenzhen-based LED supplier

Wattblock received more media coverage in Telstra's Sustainability Matters and in real-estate publication The Fifth Estate.
Our customer engagement starts with a free report identifying energy waste in buildings. If you have not already done so, we recommend you create a Wattblock Report for an Australian building.
