House of Hope Nicaragua
Praise God for raising up leaders among the women as missionaries and cell group leaders.
Pray for the continued growth of the ministry here.
Pray for $25,000 for school uniforms through individual sponsorship, yearly projects by churches, or a new grant.
Pray for either a new grant for the medical expenses for the residents ($7,200 per year) and the Christmas food baskets for the Tuesday women ($4,000) or for individual donors or churches to pick these up as yearly projects.
Pray for more marketing agents in the United States to sell the products made by the Tuesday women.
Pray for strength and wisdom for the new on-site director, Aurelia and for more firmness for Vilma when supervising the staff.
Pray for Spiritual growth of the women in residence and the Tuesday morning women.
House of Hope Honduras
Praise God for the good work that is being established there and for the 17 women that in our vocational workshops there.
Pray for continued healing for Terry and Shari, our missionary partners there.
Pray for patience for Nelsi and Mercedes as they work directly with the women. Pray that the Lord would send more badly needed volunteers to work in the ministry there.
Pray for continued open doors and growth of the ministry there. Pray for the new women that come to our evangelistic outreach each month.
Pray for patience and stamina for the women coming from House of Hope Nicaragua to evangelize there and teach the vocational workshops. Help them to bring the Culture of Honor that they have learned to the ministry in Honduras.
Pray that the Lord will continue to move in the women of Honduras to come out of prostitution.
Women of Hope Bolivia
Praise God for our ministry partners, Pastors Marcus and Jennifer Morris and our wonderful team of volunteers from their church.
Pray for continued help with the change of leadership that was made in March.
Give Roxana, our new leader, wisdom in assigning which people to do what jobs.
Pray for creative ideas for Fabiola, who is running the baking program. She wants to offer more than just sweets, possibly empanadas. Pray for the funds needed ($12,000) to purchase a van to transport the women to the workshop and the products to the market.
Pray that the Lord will raise up and staff a residential center. In the meantime give them creative ideas for housing near the church. Almost every month there is at least one woman who wants to leave prostitution but has no place to live. Pray for the possibility of adding to the construction of the building where our workshop is as a possible temporary solution.
Pray that the momentum will continue. Help them to gain traction and keep moving forward.
Pray that Neyda, Vita's daughter will continue the sewing program and for more creative ideas for projects.
Pray for the funds to send the women from House of Hope Nicaragua to Bolivia at least once a year to help with evangelism.
Santa Cruz, Bolivia
Pray for the launch of their ministry to prostitutes (possibly in August).
Pray about volunteers from this ministry visiting House of Hope Nicaragua for training.
Peru
Unfortunately the door in Iquitos, Peru has closed but the Lord has opened another door in Pucalpa. Pray for a time for a look see visit.
