On behalf of the Board of Directors and Staff at The Foundation for a Healthy High Point, I am pleased to announce The Foundation's Fall grant cycle.
Non-profit organizations serving the Greater High Point area (High Point, Jamestown, Archdale and Trinity) are invited to submit a Letter of Inquiry (LOI) for a program or project focused on improving the health and wellness of Greater High Point residents. Important Dates to Remember:
- LOIs submitted via The Foundation's online platform are due by August 6, 2015. The online system can be accessed here. Click on "Create New Account" to begin an application if you have not applied to the Foundation previously. Returning applicants will use the same login information they created initially.
- Organizations invited to submit applications will be notified in mid-August. Funding decisions will be announced in December. Funded organizations will begin programs in January 2016.
