I wanted to share with all of you the results of my latest visit with the liver specialist.
After reviewing the results of my liver MRI/MRCP and my blood and liver panels, the doctor has determined that I do not have PSC; in fact he said that my liver is COMPLETELY healthy, with no signs of damage and NONE OF MY BILE DUCTS ARE NARROW! I was told that the damage to my bile ducts was irreversible but now its gone.
I will have liver panels done (a blood test) in two weeks and another one month from now. If those are clear I'll get one at three months then six and then at a year.
For my liver to have no damage six weeks after being hospitalized with a severe liver infection and my narrowed bile ducts to no longer be narrow is nothing short of miraculous! We all prayed for a miracle and God answered! Thank you for praying! Now praise him with me!
