"All Greek" Alumnae Event Tonight
The Baton Rouge Alumnae Panhellenic will be hosting its first annual "All Greek" alumnae event tonight (Tuesday, September 22nd) at 6:00 pm at Blend. Tickets are $40. The local alumnae of the 26 NPC sororities will be coming together to eat, drink and socialize.
There will be some really great raffle items with all proceeds going toward the BRAP Outstanding Greek Scholarship to be awarded annually to an outstanding LSU sorority member.
BRAP will donate to the local philanthropy (so for BRDG Alumnae Group LSVI) of the alumnae group with the most attendees. As of now, based on online ticket sales, Delta Gamma is currently in the lead!
So if you do not already have plans tonight please join BRAP to help makes its first annual event a success and Do Good for LSVI.
Gamma Zeta Career Night
The Gamma Zeta chapter will be hosting their annual Career Night on Tuesday, September 29th at 7:00 pm in the LSU Union Ballroom and would like our help. The night is divided into two parts. First, the collegians will be hearing from a guest speaker and, second, they will engage with alumnae in small-group discussions according to their major or intended career path. This 30-minute, informal conversation is often cited as the collegians' favorite part of the night since the alumnae can provide career advice and help answer questions.
Alumnae needed for the following majors/career paths:
- biology (pre-med, nursing)
- engineering
- communication disorders
- elementary education
- kinesiology (PT/OT)
- marketing
- mass communication (PR)
- political science, history (pre-law)
- psychology/sociology

Fall Kickoff Party - Save the Date

Save the date! We will be hosting our second annual fall kickoff party the evening before the LSU v. Florida game on Friday, October 16th from 8 to 10 pm at the Pelican House. Invite coming soon!

Wee Dee Gee Event - Trick or Treat Down the Row
Sunday, October 25th
Our Wee Dee Gee event this fall will be Trick-or-Treat Down the Row. A fun event for our alums to bring their little legacies and anchorman! Come join us for treats and more at the DG house during the event. More details to come.
Active Anchors Event - SJA Sticker Stampede
Saturday, October 31st
This fall for our Active Anchors, we will be participating in the St. Joseph’s Academy’s Sticker Stampede - benefiting the SJA Alumnae Scholarship. Many DG collegians and alumnae are also SJA alumnae and what a better way to promote Delta Gamma to legacies and future members than participating in the 5K and 1 mile fun run! This year, our captain is Morgan Simpson (GZ ‘11 and SJA ‘11). More details regarding registration for the DG Active Anchors team to come.
