LifeSpring Foundation of Indiana proudly presents the 2nd Annual Impact Awards, which pays tribute to those who have made a difference in the southern Indiana community on behalf of individuals with mental illness and/or addictions, as well as those who have worked to improve awareness of mental health and addiction issues.
The 2015 Impact Awards will be selected by a panel of judges comprised of community leaders who have been recognized for outstanding service in the field of mental health and addiction. The recipients will receive their awards at our 8th Annual Circle of Life Gala on Thursday, October 29, 2015 at Kye’s II.

Nomination Categories:
Chairman’s Award: This award is given to honor a public figure who has assisted LifeSpring to further its goal of supporting treatment for mental illness and addictions in southern Indiana. This award will be selected by the Chairman of the LifeSpring Foundation of Indiana Board.
Community Heart Award: This award is presented to one person who has made a positive difference or contribution in the field of behavioral healthcare or addictions treatment. Nominations will be taken for this award and voted on by a panel of judges.
LifeSpring Leader: This award is presented to one person who either works for LifeSpring or works closely with LifeSpring to contribute to our organization. Nomination will be taken for this award and voted on by a panel of judges.
