On June 5, I sent out 688 invitations to alumni and friends of Ramona's Class of 1970, announcing our 45-year reunion activities in Riverside the weekend of October 9-11 (that's only a little over three months away from today).
Did you get your invitation in the mail?
If not, you were either already on the "Lost Alumni" list, or your invitation was returned to me as undeliverable, meaning you've moved in the past five years and didn't let me know. In either case, here's what you need to do:
- Reply to this e-mail with your current mailing address and telephone number.
- Either wait for me to mail you a paper invitation, or download copies of the invitation letter and the reunion mailing packet to see what you missed.
If you did receive your invitation but didn't bother to do anything with it, there are only two months left before the ticket prices go up. Dig it out of that pile of old mail and send in your response on the reservation form - either that you're attending, or just providing information for the bio/address book that will be handed out at the reunion (and mailed later to those who purchase it and other memorabilia separately).
We managed to keep the ticket price for the main reunion event the same as five years ago by spreading the costs among more attendees, even while offering an expanded dinner menu and continuing with a live band.
And the Friday evening Homecoming event will be catered this year by Antone's Italian Food, still owned and operated by the Verani family (Rosanne Verani, sister of our own Vicki Verani).
You can also buy tickets with a credit card, fill out an on-line registration form, learn about each event (including the free ones), and get lodging recommendations on the 45-Year Reunion web page.
What are you waiting for? The clock is ticking, and we're not getting any younger! Get your reservation in today!

ps - I apologize for not following up sooner following the mail out, but I just got married ten days ago and returned from my honeymoon this past Saturday evening. Come to the reunion weekend events and meet my beautiful new bride! :-)
