Speaker & Sponsor

Kelly Adams-Phillips will be presenting a HSW-CEU on the benefits and qualities of Southern Yellow Pine.  Kelly has been traveling East of the Mississippi River and educating architects for the last eight years on Cox pressure treated quality wood products.  Kelly and Cox educate approximately 2500 architects, engineers and code officials per year in CEU classes.  Kelly sits on the Board of Directors for Tennessee Code Officials.  Before Kelly worked for Cox, she represented Andersen and Marvin Windows as a representative for the first twenty years of her career.  Kelly has three children and nine grandchildren and enjoys her time kayaking and volunteering.

The sponsor for the July Luncheon is Robert F. Henry Tile Company, who has been serving the Alabama tile market since 1933.  The company has now grown into seven locations - four throughout Alabama, one in Florida, and two locations in Tennessee.  Over the past 80 years this family-owned tile and stone company has learned three very important keys to creating long-term relationships with its customers.  Provide the absolute best products available.  Offer those products at fair prices.  Do it in a way that makes people want to return and do business again.  As the company has transitioned from one generation of ownership to the next, many of their customers have returned with their children into the showrooms.  The family atmosphere ensures integrity in the way they do business.  At the same time, they are committed to design and innovation in the products they sell and the industry they represent.

Over the years, Robert F. Henry Tile Company has kept its focus strictly on ceramic tile and stone.  This focus allows them to offer unparalleled expertise and service.  They search the world for the best products at the best values and import from across the globe as well as selling several "made in Alabama" products.  This company's longevity shows their commitment to their customers and to doing the job right.
