THE INVENTOR OF THE PINK FLAMINGO DIED...

From Joe Birbiglia:
*
His family has asked that people not send flowers because that's tacky.

*During the autopsy it was learned that he was actually hollow and his legs were made out of thin metal rods.

*The cause of his death is under investigation, but they think he may have been killed by a horde of jealous garden gnomes.

*from Bob Carney and Mike Bent: His body will stay on his front lawn until the neighbors complain.

*from Niraj Shah: They put him in a coffin and stuck it in his front lawn.
Mourners are encouraged to position their flamingos at half mast.

And also, this week in death...

*from Anthony Scibelli: Dick van Patten has died at the age of 86 years old. I guess, 86 was enough.

*from Brett Koller: -James Horner, composer best known for scoring “Titanic,” died after crashing his plane..............into an iceberg.
