With beautiful weather on the horizon, the Saskatchewan Craft Council is eagerly anticipating another great year at the WaterFront Fine Craft Market. At WaterFront you will find a plethora of handmade goods by Saskatchewan Craft Council members, including work in:
-glass, clay and fibre -beeswax candles
-fine jewellery and accessories -photography and painting
-home decor -Saskatchewan made food products
This year, 8 New and Emerging Artists will be exhibiting their work, such as Saskatoon based fibre artist Carrie Fahl and Eastend, SK potter Nick Saville.
As well as perusing Fine Craft and Art booths, visitors of all ages will also enjoy dance performances presented by Dance Saskatchewan, story time with the Saskatoon Public Library, workshops with the Saskatoon Juggling Club, and more!

Free Workshops and Demonstrations at Citizens of Craft Day in the Park on Sunday!
In addition to WaterFront, this year the Saskatchewan Craft Council is celebrating its 40th anniversary with a Citizens of Craft Day in the Park on Sunday June 28 from 1 - 4 pm in Kiwanis Park South in Saskatoon.
Join us for an afternoon of Fine Craft demonstrations and hands-on workshops for all ages. Join the Saskatoon GlassWorkers’ Guild to make your own mosaic out of stained glass, or create your own jewellery out of polymer clay with artist Deb Derksen. Watch Daryl Richardson morph plain metal into something beautiful with copper fold-forming. The event will also include information booths by the Saskatoon Quilters Guild and the Saskatchewan Woodworkers' Guild, as well as live music by local artists Jay Maillet and Ages Past.
