As the temperature drops heading into the depths of winter, we have a speaker and a great topic to match the season. In 2013, Allan Cooney led the Australian Casey 66th ANARE Expedition in Antarctica, an 18-month appointment as the most senior Australian Government official in Antarctica. We will hear from Allan about the unique challenges of leading of a team of up to 80 people in one of the harshest locations in the world.
