If you haven't been to Cafe Tao before, this is a great chance to try out several of their raw, vegan and organic dishes, all freshly made and full of flavour and nutrition, at a special discounted rate.

Here is the set menu for this dinner event:

One small smoothie: choose from Chocorific (cacao powder, almond butter, bananas) or Tonik Exotik (blueberry, strawberry, raspberry, pineapple and mango). Please indicate your choice in your registration question by July 19; otherwise a smoothie will be chosen for you.

Borscht Soup
(Beets, red bell pepper, wheat free tamari, tahini and paprika).

1/2 Rawkin' Pizza 
(Wheat free sprouted buckwheat crust topped with dill nut cheese, sweet chill sauce, chiffonade kale, julienne carrots, cauliflower fleurettes and marinated mushrooms).

1/2  portion of The Real Lasagna 
(Layers of zucchini noodles, marinara sauce, nut cheese, spinach and marinated mushrooms.)

1/2 portion of the Parvati's Rolls 
(Collard leaves stuffed with sprouted sunflower seeds, walnuts and almond pate, julienned carrots and bell pepper and spicy sweet raisin chutney.)

Choice of a slice of sugar-free cheesecake, including Lucuma, Maqui, Lemon and Blueberry Coulis, Mesquite, Açai Berry, Chocolate and Double Chocolate cakes.
