How Many Will It Be?

The month of July and August are filled with anticipation as we wait to see how many students we will have funded to serve in the 2015-2016 school year.  We began the summer with the goal of raising $20,000 for our program.  This amount will enable us to add two more schools to those that we serve and still maintain a responsible financial position. This objective may seem lofty, but we as an organization are serious about making a tangible difference in the lives of as many children as possible.  THANK YOU for bringing us over half-way to this goal!  Our Whole Foods 5% day brought in over $3,300 in a 24 hour period!  A special thank you to those who participated.

Food for Hope is partnering with the Westminster Rotary club to sell Palisade Peaches!  These delicious, tree-ripened peaches are locally harvested and not available in grocery stores.  Prices: 10lb box - $25 and 18lb box - $35 box.  Orders are due by August 14th!   Email orders to info@foodforhope.net and we will contact you to pay by phone. Or submit online here: Peach Sales Page.  Peaches will be delivered on August 28th.

Comedy Night at MadCap Theater is coming up soon!  Don't miss this opportunity to support local children while enjoying a fun night out.  We are raffling some big prize packages that include plane tickets, zip line tours, wine tastings, local attractions, and more!  The event is $30 per person or $50 per couple.  Prices increase on August 2nd, so get your tickets now.  Click this link for more information and ticket purchase: Food for Hope Events. I hope to see you there!

Warmly,

Emily Stromquist
