In an effort to connect with the greater San Antonio bicycling community and make some new riding friends, we are joining Velo Valero for its MS Kickoff ride out of Bullis this Saturday, July 11. Velo Valero has a different start schedule than SAW: the 40-mile ride starts at 7:45 AM with a route similar to our Phantom Crossing ride; the shorter 22-mile ride starts at 8:45 AM.

For SAW riders who prefer the tried-and-true Bullis routes, we will have a ride starter for our usual 8 AM departure. However, we will not offer a SAW no-drop route.

We do encourage everybody to break out of the routine and try the 7:45 AM or 8:45 AM rides with Velo Valero. It's a great group and should be a positive experience.
